For a smooth and hassle free collaboration, make sure you read the terms and conditions defined below!

Time Schedule

Our expert team is ready to make your project a success. Based on your request, before the start of the collaboration, you’ll receive an estimation of the required time for completion.

Our web designers and developers will also assist you in solving lighter development tasks. For the projects, we have selection criteria of a minimum of 2 hours per order. If it can be solved in less than, and you want us to take care of it for you, you’ll be charged for the minimum hours.

Our standard work schedule: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:30 GTM+2.

According to the volum, complexity of the requests, our team may decide to go beyond the standard work schedule to deliver your project in the time frame estimated for completion.

Deposit

The collaboration between you as a client and tagDiv Web Development team starts with making a 50% deposit but no more than 5000 USD. The deposit is not refundable. Though, we are sure you will never want it back. Payment is served by PayPal and can be proceeded via your PayPal account or bank transfer. You will get the bank details together with the invoice.

Revisions

As soon as all requested tasks are completed, the customer receives an email notification from tagDiv team. This notification should be confirmed within the next 72 hours.

A customer is allowed to get two free revisions. If you need any corrections, please write back and send them all in a bunch. All further reviews will be charged as new tasks. Revision refers to initially-set requirements, and it does not imply the adding of any new tasks.

For work that includes design aspects, unless otherwise specified herein, Consultant will (1) make up a version of the project, (2) present it to Client, (3) and make any reasonable changes requested by Client. (“Reasonable” refers to routine changes such as colors, fonts, moving things around a bit, sizings, etc.) That process constitutes one “round” of changes. At Consultant’s discretion, additional minor changes may be welcome without incurring additional fees. However, if a requested revision at that point is considered by Consultant to be significant, major, a new direction, etc., then Consultant will discuss such with Client, as this may incur additional fees, billed at the standard hourly rate defined herein.

Project revisions will be provided up to a limit of 10% of the total estimated hours for contract execution. Any additional revisions exceeding this percentage will be charged separately, according to the rates agreed upon in this contract.

Payment

A customer receives an invoice via email when the work and free revisions are completed. Payment should be made within the next 7 days. New changes will be paid separately on a new invoice.

Payment is served by PayPal and can be proceeded via your PayPal account or a bank transfer. You will find the bank account details on the invoice.

Content and SEO

“Content Management” service refers to adding already-existing content to a website as we do not provide copyrighting services.

Making content “SEO friendly” refers to the appropriate mark-ups for text with the help of heading tags, etc. It does not include adding any meta titles or descriptions.

Extra Charge

The prices for the website hosting, domain name, CDN, and stock images are extras and will be paid separately to a service provider.

Security and Credentials

Customer’ website access credentials are available only to tagDiv staff and can be used only for accomplishing ordered services. We suggest you follow general Internet safety rules, and after completing the project, please change all provided passwords.
