What is a module builder?

Thank you very much for your comment. The module builder is indeed a very powerful tool. While the flex blocks already had multiple settings for what/how they display, there were still limitations. Being able to build and design the modules themselves with the composer means that the imagination is the limit. User should be able to put such a module inside content like ads. It would be great for ‘read also’ content inside text.
