HRiFlow - All-in-one App
HRiFlow is an online timekeeping, payroll, and HR software that helps companies easily organize and manage employee attendance, payroll, and workforce information from any device.
In an HR department, time lost on paper timesheets, manual payroll calculations, and fragmented workflows between departments translates into costs. HRiFlow asked us to build an application that would eliminate these processes and replace them with a single, unified system.
Project objectives:
We implemented a timekeeping solution that records employee attendance in real time, via QR code, dedicated link, biometric devices, and GPS location. We also added the ability to create custom work schedules and shifts, with alerts flagging deviations whenever scheduling exceeds legal limits, as well as the option to compensate overtime through time off or payment.
For teams working on projects, we implemented project-based time tracking, and for spaces requiring extra security, integration with access control devices and geofencing.
The goal was for the application to support companies through every stage of the employee relationship, from recruitment to offboarding. To achieve this, we implemented:
We also developed a payroll module that pulls worked hours, leave, and overtime from the timekeeping system and calculates all salary components, from the negotiated gross or net amount, to bonuses, allowances, and deductions.
We implemented the ability to generate Declaration 112 in XML format directly from the data existing in the application, and to send payslips to employees via their account or email. We also added the option to split payroll expenses by cost center.
Mobile app
We also built a mobile version of the app, available for iOS and Android. From their phone, employees can clock in, submit leave requests, and view their payslip. We integrated GPS location tracking for clock-ins, ensuring accurate time records for mobile teams.
Integrations
To ensure company data flows smoothly across the tools businesses already use, we also integrated HRiFlow with other apps like Slack and Asana, Up, and Edenred, to name a few.
