Welcome to tagDiv’s Spring Sale campaign! This is the perfect opportunity to launch your digital project with exclusive discounts. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing any services. By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Promotion Period

The Spring Sale offer:

• Starts: Wednesday, April 23  at 09h00 am EET (Eastern European Time – EET, Romania timezone)
• Ends: Friday, May 2  at 11h59 pm EET (Eastern European Time – EET, Romania timezone)

Whether you send your inquiry on the last day of the promotion or earlier, you will have 14 days from the date you sent your discount request to pay the deposit and still qualify for the discount. 

2. Discount Offers

• 15% Discount: Available for custom web design and development services such as website design, redesign, and custom features.  

Not sure yet? Even if you’re still undecided on a specific project, you can purchase an hourly package within the promotion period. You’ll have the flexibility to use these hours later, once your project details are confirmed. Please note that these hours must be used within 6 months of purchase. For phased or longer-term projects, we’re happy to extend the validity up to 12 months upon request.

During the Spring Sale promotion, the hourly rate is reduced to $38 USD. After the promotion period, the hourly rate will revert to the standard rate of $45 USD.

3. Free Consultation

A free 30-minute consultation is available to help you define your project vision and ensure a smooth start.

4. Eligible Services and Scope

The discount applies exclusively to tagDiv’s custom services, such as website design, redesign, and custom features. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional packages.

Important: The discount does NOT apply to website maintenance or hosting services.

The discounted rate applies only to the services outlined in the initial agreement. Any additional services or scope changes requested mid-project may incur additional costs and might be billed at the standard rate.

5. Revisions and Change Requests

The Spring Sale discounted hours include a limited number of revisions, as outlined in the initial Service agreement. If additional revisions or significant changes are requested beyond this scope, they may be billed separately at the standard hourly rate of $45.

6. Payment Terms and Non-Refundability

To lock in the discounted rate, a minimum deposit must be paid by the end of the 14 days from the date you sent your discount request. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed schedule in the contract or service agreement. Discounts apply only to the specified project values and cannot be adjusted retroactively.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable if the project has commenced, even if the client chooses to cancel.

Example: If you, let’s say send a request on the last day of the sale (May 2), you will still have 14 days to secure your project at 15% off discount by paying a minimal deposit.

7. Unused Hours Policy

The hours included in your Spring Sale package are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. However, for phased or longer-term projects, we’re happy to extend the validity up to 12 months upon request. We want you to have the flexibility to use your time when it makes the most sense for your project.

8. Project Timeline and Availability

Project start dates are subject to tagDiv’s availability. Due to high demand during the Spring Sale promotion, there may be delays in scheduling if the deposit or consultation is postponed by the client.

9. Scope Confirmation and Approval

Once the project scope is confirmed and approved by both parties, any additional work or adjustments outside the original scope will require a new agreement or an amendment to the existing agreement.

10. Non-Transferable Discount

The Spring Sale discount is non-transferable and applies only to the client and project originally specified at the time of purchase. It cannot be applied to other projects or transferred to another person.

11. Liability Disclaimer

tagDiv will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the project. Clients agree that any unforeseen issues outside of tagDiv’s control will not result in additional liabilities for the company.

12. Confidentiality and Privacy

All project-related information will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third party. tagDiv respects the privacy and confidentiality of its clients and commits to protecting all shared data.

13. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, internet outages, or other force majeure events, tagDiv will not be held liable for delays in project timelines. These events may result in adjustments to regular deadlines and schedules.

14. Modification and Cancellation

tagDiv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion without prior notice. If a project is canceled by the client, the discount may no longer apply, and standard rates will be applied to completed work.

15. General Terms

By purchasing services during the Spring Sale campaign, clients agree to adhere to tagDiv’s standard Terms of Service. All services are subject to tagDiv’s availability and project scope requirements.
