We’ve removed the previous AMP plugin as it was built on the initial launch implementation for AMP. The latest updates for the plugin opened up new possibilities for your website and we’ve made all of them available for you.
Mobile Theme integration
Now, AMP is integrated into the mobile theme plugin for faster results. You can benefit from all of the functionalities designed for small screens devices on your AMP pages. The mobile theme settings are AMP compatible, while the mobile theme transforms your AMP pages into beautiful layouts.
Choose one of the 3 Mobile Theme and AMP settings that best fit your project:
Mobile – Displays content using the Mobile Theme on small screen devices (no AMP)
Mobile+Amp – Displays content using the Mobile Theme on both mobiles and AMP
AMP – Uses the responsive version of the theme on small screen devices and Mobile Theme only on AMP.
The Mobile Theme plugin is AMP native which means that all the Menus, Search button, Backgrounds, Colors, Excerpts, Ads, Custom code, now work with your AMP pages. You can find all the AMP plugin settings under the Mobile Theme settings from the Theme Panel.
Speeding up Ads is a great way to boost performance. The Newspaper Theme brings you an intelligent ad system. It also works for AMP advertising, making your ads more visible. Newspaper Theme comes with six spots where you can place ads. See the Mobile Theme settings to configure them.
There is also implementation available for Adsense Auto Ads for AMP now. You can now integrate such ads in the AMP ads section right from the Mobile Theme settings.
Tracking is important
With the AMP implementation, you can track your site traffic even on AMP content. All you have to do is access the Theme Panel > Mobile Theme > AMP Analytics, and paste your Google Analytics code. This section allows you to place the AMP Analytics code in the template header so you can track user interactions with AMP pages.
For the AMP Analytics Code to function correctly, please use the following implementation:
Using the SEO best practices and the recommendations of Yoast SEO plugin author, this solution is designed to work seamlessly with the Newspaper theme. You can verify that everything’s working properly, using the browser emulator or the AMP testing tool.
In order to see a preview of your amp template, simply add “/?amp” at the end of the URL and the theme will render the AMP preview.
To avoid any AMP error, we recommend disabling the admin bar for AMP pages from the official plugin settings.
Important note: the “supported templates” settings enable or disable AMP for specific templates. Make sure the template you want AMP to use on is active in this screen and make sure the Website mode is set to “Transitional”
You can also enable or disable AMP for specific posts, pages, categories, etc from the WordPress editor so you have better control over specific localized activation
The tools enhance the capabilities of your website to give you a new definition of performance.
Mobile pages should be light and fast! This way, they can keep the reader engaged and maintain return visits into favorable values. You can get a higher rank in Google search with the AMP pages and quality content. Thanks to the instant loading, the time spent on page increases, as well as the CTRs, and the bounce rates drop consistently.
Did you ever see a website that you like and wanted to recreate it from scratch? The colors, pictures, style, all an almost easy task, but how do you replicate the typography? We know how difficult it is to find the right combination of font, size, line height, and spacing, to convey the right message to your visitors. To make your life easier, we are taking typography to a whole new level and introduce a Fonts Style tab into the tagDiv Composer page builder. The new typography will help you design creative websites and enhance your pages without diving in code or installing low performing font customization plugins.
Get ready to be excited by the new typography!
What exactly will you be able to customize on your website? Well, pretty much every title, text, description, excerpt, meta info, and the category tag. When adding a new element on your page, you are able to personalize it from the tagDiv Composer page builder. When you’ll open the customization panel, you’ll notice the Style tab is split into sections for every module that the block contains.
For each one individually, you can change settings such as:
Font size
Font (Google Fonts, Font stacks)
Font style (Italic, Oblique, Normal);
Font weight (thin, extra light, light, normal, medium, semibold, bold, extra bold, black);
If you’re unsure of what a certain option does, you can find out more by reading about the basics of Typography here.
The Newspaper theme supports all kinds of CSS size units such as px, em, pt, and %. Make sure that you always type in the unit after the value, otherwise, nothing will change. The same goes for the space between letters option. Furthermore, you can add custom fonts to your project. To add a new one just go to Theme Panel> Theme Fonts> Custom Font Files, and follow the instructions.
Your website’s typography will become a powerful tool ready to make everything more interesting for your audience.
If you don’t like the result, you’ll be glad to know you can start over without affecting your website as everything is reversible! Just click on the ‘x’ icon (Clear font settings) and the settings will be restored to default.
Where will you find the new feature?
When adding a new block on your page and want to modify it, the tagDiv Composer opens a panel with customization settings. This board consists of four tabs: General, Filter, Style, and CSS. Under the tab called Style is the place where can customize the fonts on your block.
Responsive all the way to the core
How would you like to customize each setting according to every device it will show on? With Newspaper, that’s an easy thing to do. Challenge your visitor’s attention with content that is responsive on a desktop as well as on every other screen sizes.
As you’ve seen in our latest posts, we are steadily expanding the tagDiv Composer’s functionality, by implementing new features and making it easy for you to customize your pages. Looking forward to the new feature? Tell us what you think!
P.S. Be sure to regularly check our blog and be the first to know when the update is live!
Wouldn’t it be nice if we would never feel restrained by anything, and we could simply recreate layouts or create designs just like we imagined? There are moments when the predefined blocks are just not enough to match everything you have been thinking of. We know. It happens more often than desired. That’s the reason we are now excited to introduce in Newspaper Theme the new Flex block! A block that displays articles without constraints, a block you can customize in detail to live up to your wildest ideas. How do you use it? What does it bring extra to your website? Will it ease your page building process? Here are the answers to all those questions!
The Flex Block is a new type of news block that is available only in the tagDiv Composer page builder on the Newspaper WordPress Theme. It brings extra flexibility and powers up your creativity. With this new feature, you’ll be able to replicate any block you like or create new, unique ones from scratch. No coding skills needed, so all you have to do is play with the settings until you reach the desired form. Let’s take a closer look!
Design without limits
Until now, blocks had settings for style, post category filtering, sort order, backgrounds, colors, and alignment. You used to have a predefined layout of the block in which you could make some small adjustments, and the page template was a combination of blocks and modules. In the version 8.7 of the Newspaper WordPress theme, we are changing all these to give you the absolute freedom to create what you can think of. The new Flex block doesn’t only allow you to adjust fonts on titles, the size of the images, the position of the element, but you can also change the number of columns occupied by the blocks, the number, and style of the elements.
This item allows adjustments that were not possible before and will help you create amazing modules exactly how you imagined them. This is possible because the Flex block overrides the grid structure rules to give you superpowers.
When you drag it into the page, it comes with a predefined layout. We opted for this outline to help you visualize it, but the settings allow you to customize everything. As Flex Block is a tagDiv Composer page builder element, you can customize it on the frontend of your website and see every change happening instantly, right before your eyes. This means you don’t have to be a web designer to create a unique layout and you don’t have to know how to code. Simply, click on the settings, make adjustments and keep the ones you like. You can build a whole page using customized versions of the same element like we did on the Crypto News Demo.Yes, it’s that easy!
The Flex Block settings explained
The Flex block settings are divided into 5 categories such as General, Filter, Layout, Style, and CSS.
The General tab enables you to change the title and URL of your block, and choose from 17 header templates. Also, you can set the title and excerpt length for the posts inside the block, as well as the post number and offset posts.
Good structure leads to success
The Layout tab is where you will find a lot of options that you can use in order to customize every little detail of the module according to your preferences.
Starting with the layout, you’re free to choose how many modules will be displayed in a row. Give your visitors entertaining articles to read, presented beautifully. Furthermore, you have the option to set the modules gap, padding, and bottom space, for a nice display of posts.
The modules divider is basically a line that separates the posts rows, and it can be solid, dashed or dotted. Also, the choice of color is up to you.
Within the Article Image section you can define the image’s size from three standard values (696px, 1068px, 1920px), or select a custom height and width. For an extra touch of style, its position is also changeable (normal, float left, right, or hidden).
Under the Article Meta Info tab you’ll find all the settings related to the alignment, margins, padding of the meta info, and spacing for titles, excerpt, button, as well as borders styles. There are also options to show or hide the post’s category, author, date, comment, excerpt, and the Read More button.
Create your own innovative style
The Style section is dedicated to fonts for every part of the block such as header, titles, excerpt, meta info, buttons, and Ajax categories. For more in-depth information, check out this article.
In the Colors area, you can put your creative muscles to work and change the colors for every part of your module. From title texts, category text, comment text, and button background, everything is customizable!
More responsive than responsive
Wikipedia defines Responsive web design as “an approach to web design which makes web pages render well on a variety of devices and window or screen sizes”. How about making your content and design different on each device without using different subdomains? It sounds great, right? In Newspaper Theme version 8.7 we bring you exactly that.
When you customize the Flex Block, you can change the design of the element by choosing different styles for the desktop, tablet landscape & portrait and mobile. You can access these settings by switching from one device icon to another.
With the amazing Flex Block, we are aiming to give you more freedom and flexibility to build the website that you want. Unfold your creativity onto your pages and amaze your visitors with beautifully designed blocks! For more information, updates, and tips & tricks stay tuned to our blog!
If “what are the main differences between the Newspaper and Newsmag Themes?” is a question that puzzles you, then you’re in the right place. They are both excellent themes for any news, magazine, blog, or review websites, built under the “art of publishing” tagline by tagDiv. Newspaper vs Newsmag themes are crafted to be complete solutions for a website, designed to give you everything. But still, when should you use Newsmag and when is Newspaper the right choice? I have decided to address this question and provide the insights you need to choose the perfect blog, news, or magazine theme for your project.
What is the difference between Newspaper and Newsmag WordPress Themes?
The major difference between Newspaper theme and Newsmag theme is related to the design, capabilities, and perspective. Newsmag and Newspaper themes are similar products, with different capabilities. Sharing the same powerful core features, Newsmag and Newspaper are designed to give your website a distinct, professional character. Shopping for a news WordPress theme is just like going to a supermarket searching for a bottle of wine. If you don’t know exactly what you are looking for, you can easily get lost. Both Newsmag and Newspaper templates come with intuitive settings to help you achieve your goal of building a beautiful website. Without any coding skills and effort!
Customization is the Key
One of the deciding factors when looking out for themes and trying to choose between Newsmag or Newspaper themes is customization. Newsmag theme is great for the news and blogging industry, while with Newspaper, you could stand out from the crowd designing for publishing and many more like landing pages, shops, business websites and everything in between. With the Newspaper theme flexibility and premium options, you have the freedom to create anything you want.
One of the relevant differentiators for these two similar themes is the pricing. Newsmag theme costs $49 while Newspaper theme is $59. This article explains the distinct features, benefits, and flexibility, and where comes this pricing difference.
Both themes are surprisingly easy to use. Build pages that your audience will enjoy, right on the front end with tagDiv Composer – the first page builder ever created for news websites. The features available in each template are different, and so is the number of elements you can use to customize your site.
Themes’ Required, Optional, and Recommended Plugins
The Newspaper theme includes 8 premium plugins; some are required, while others are optional.
The Newsmag template comes bundled with 7 premium plugins. As you can see in both images, the Newspaper Theme includes the extra powerful tagDiv Cloud Library and the tagDiv Standard Pack plugins that extend your website’s functionality and capabilities.
Moreover, we’ve tested our themes with several plugins and displayed the list in each theme’s plugins’ center. We’ve written a comprehensive guide about the recommended and tested plugins that are compatible with Newspaper vs Newsmag WordPress themes.
What extra tools has Newspaper vs. Newsmag?
Our customers’ demands always guided our professional work. We have listened to all the suggestions, answered all the questions, and implemented the most requested features. With the passing of time, Newspaper theme has gained more and more multipurpose capabilities. We’ve built the most flexible news WordPress theme that allows you to build any type of news-related website. As you know, websites usually serve more purposes than one. Let’s take a look at every tool that’s different in Newspaper from Newsmag:
tagDiv Cloud Library
tagDiv Cloud Library is a gallery of pre-made design templates that are entirely customizable. This option is available only with the Newspaper theme. What are the premade design templates, and how can they help you? These function as pre-built websites:
Homepage Templates
Section Templates
Block Templates
Author Templates
Category Templates
Header Templates
Footer Templates
Search Page Templates
Single Post Templates
Please note that these are pre-made design templates you can quickly import and customize to your liking. You can drag and drop elements and mix them to gain the wanted results.
Website Manager
Header Builder– choose your global header template, main menu, mobile menu, and make it sticky.
Footer Builder – choose a global template or import a footer template and customize it.
Fonts – you can see all the fonts currently in use on the current installed page/template. Moreover, to increase your page’s consistency, you can also change specific fonts on elements on All Fonts, Content fonts, and Footer Fonts.
Editable Single Posts
A blog, news, or magazine website is primarily based on great amounts of content. Sometimes, you want your posts to look different than others in terms of web design & functionality. Well, the Newspaper WordPress theme offers you the possibility to import a pre-made design template called “Single Post”, right from the Cloud Templates area.
Design Complex News Websites with Ease
When designing a news website, there are a few essential factors you need to consider. First, the width of the content area. Newsmag Theme’s width (1021 pixels) is crafted to be used with a strong, visual background on blocks, whereas Newspaper theme (1068 pixels) is wider and built to add value to any content you decide to publish, using a solid, yet elegant spacing between elements. Moreover, the Newspaper template offers you the option to stretch a row to the full width size. To gain even more flexibility, in Newspaper Theme you can choose the content area size from 1200 to 1800 px, while the row is at full width.
The Newspaper theme style helps your visitors to easily identify the content using generous spacing on pages and posts while maintaining an optimal display result on any device.
On the other hand, Newsmag theme is designed to emphasize your content with a special compact grid. The space between elements is smaller, but the separation lines enhance their visibility. This type of grid ensures better readability on medium and small devices, allowing you to apply background on a specific block or widget.
Fully Pre-built Websites
Starting from scratch with a new theme is never an easy task, so our creative team built dozens of unique designs. Starting with Newspaper 10.3.9 theme version and Newsmag 4.9.6 update, you have a new welcome panel that guides you through the template. You can see the full designs on your Prebuilt Websites tab in the theme control center. The Newsmag theme comes with 14 prebuilt websites, while Newspaper has over 90 appealing ones, divided into PRO, Multipurpose, Blog, or Magazine. How to use a prebuilt website? First, preview them, and choose the one you like. If your website already has content, turn off the option ‘Include content’ and import just the settings. The next step is to customize the design to match your dream, building your website on solid ground.
tagDiv Composer Page Builder Elements
tagDiv Composer is available for free in both themes, but the page builder brings different elements to each template. Newspaper theme comes with additional blocks dedicated to showcasing featured content, called Big Grid Full, Big Grid Slide, and Big Grid Flex. These elements can only be used on the wide rows, so they are specific for the Newspaper Theme.
Another difference is represented by the multipurpose shortcodes – elements designed to help you create landing pages on your website. Also, in the Newsmag theme, you have three external shortcodes (Newsletter, Revolution Slider & Social Counter), while the Newspaper theme comes with seven. Moreover, Newspaper has extra extended and header shortcodes that the Newsmag theme does not include.
Light Version of tagDiv Composer inside the Newsmag Theme
Both themes use the tagDiv Composer page builder that allows you to customize your site on the frontend. However, the builder’s capabilities within the Newsmag theme are a bit constrained. We like to think of Newsmag as a lightweight template that gives you the possibility to build a great blog or magazine with a few clicks.
Both themes come with a responsive and retina ready design. Both Newspaper vs Newsmag include a unique feature called Mobile Theme that offers you the opportunity to display the same content in two different ways, one optimized for desktop and another for mobile. This plugin must be used together with the Official AMP for WP plugin, which also comes bundled with both WordPress themes.
Customizable Mobile Page Templates
In one of our latest Newspaper theme updates, we’ve redesigned the way you were creating your pages for mobile devices. With the tagDiv Composer page builder, you can now build mobile pages and upload only the elements that are really necessary without showing the full menus. Discover how to customize your mobile page templates with Newspaper Theme.
How are the Mobile Theme and Mobile Page Templates Different?
You can get the mobile theme to create content for your mobile devices on both Newspaper vs Newsmag themes. If the mobile theme is applied and the Official AMP plugin is enabled, your pages & posts are blazing fast on mobile devices.
You can get tagDiv Cloud Library & tagDiv Composer and edit any page for the mobile version. You basically have entirely customizable mobile pages, but these are not AMP ready. So, if you want to have responsive AMP-ready pages you’ll opt for the Mobile Theme.
If you want to highly customize the mobile pages, you’ll use the editable features. By default, if you create your mobile pages from scratch, just as you need them to show on mobile pages, they will load faster and perform better.
tagDiv Themes Performance
In terms of optimization and performance, both Newspaper and Newsmag are well-established, with hand inspected queries. If you want to find more information about things that could interfere with your site’s performance, you can read our article about Page Speed Optimization. The website page loading speed is now almost as important as the content you create and publish. In this context, we made the page loading speed a high priority and optimized both our themes to perform on any devices.
Monetization
Both themes are recommended for Google Ads, AdSense and banner ads. The Newsmag template comes with 10 predefined ad spots, and 5 custom ad spots, while with Newspaper theme the possibilities are endless. Both templates include the “Ad Box” element within the tagDiv Composer page builder. However, the Newspaper theme offers you the possibility to add image ads and more custom ads, as well as additional details. Furthermore, Newspaper theme has an element called “Video pop-up ad” box that allows you to place advertisements below the playing video.

We created predefined structures you can import into your pages for outstanding layouts. Before starting with the sections, you should take a look at the tagDiv Cloud Library. Here’s an article that helps you get a fast start with tagDiv Cloud Library in the Newspaper Theme.
In the tagDiv Cloud Library, dozens of sections are waiting for you to import them on your website, all crafted with care by our designers. You can choose to import whole page designs like about page, product, portfolio or just sections. See all the beautiful layouts here.
How tagDiv Cloud Library Sections work?

When importing a section directly from the Cloud Library, it will create a new page on your website. Therefore, it can be found in the pages area of your WordPress dashboard. You can add a section on an existing page using the Add Template button in the tagDiv composer.
Combining demos?
With the new tagDiv Cloud Library sections, you can combine all your favorite demo elements into your page. We offer over 140 sections form all of our theme demos. You can use no matter the demo you currently have installed on your site.
The web environment is continuously changing. Your success depends on the speed with which you manage to adapt and adjust your website to all these continuous changes. The customization process is heavily backed up by the theme settings, but sometimes you may need to change parts of the site for which there’s no predefined option. This is not a hard task. It just requires some basic knowledge of how HTML and CSS work.
In the following tutorial, we’ll show you how to create custom code in Newspaper Theme by combining HTML tags with CSS attributes to shape your website.
Create custom code in Newspaper Theme using Web Inspector
Every browser comes with a handy tool called Web Inspector which can help you get a better grasp of the system behind any website. To better understand how it works, please go through Chrome’s Developers Tools Overview.
In this tutorial, we’ll focus on understanding the page’s HTML structure using Chrome’s developer tools (Inspector) and on finding specific CSS classes. We will show you how to identify the HTML snippet for page elements and how to change its style. Also, you will learn how to use the Live CSS Box to make subtle changes right on the frontend, fast and easy.
Step by step practical example
In the following case, we will demonstrate how to find and target a specific Newspaper theme module within a block and change its basic designs.
Let’s say we want to change the color of the post titles inside a content block. First, identify the part of the site you want to edit, then right-click on it and select the ‘Inspect’ option:
The developer tools section will appear on the screen. In most cases, the first selection may not be exact and you’ll probably not ‘inspect’ the desired element because of the website’s complex HTML structures which are based on different containers stacked one on top of the other.
Now, you’ll need to select and open every container until you find to the one you are looking for. The Visual Selector will be handy in this matter.
The Visual Selector steps:
Click on the Visual Selector icon on the left side of the Inspector tool.
Select the element you want to edit.
Find the proper HTML class.
Identify the CSS selector used to style the element.
The post titles themselves are HTML headings, so we will have to open the containers to find the heading tag. Once you identify the element, you will see it’s CSS styling on the right side of the Developer Tools area. You will see a live visual representation of each change you make in the element settings.
Let’s change the title color. For this step, you will need basic knowledge of CSS selectors. The H3 tag of the post title has a class called td-module-title. We can use it in our code and target the anchor tag:
.td-module-title a {
color:red;
}
This will apply to each element that has this structure. To increase your selector’s specificity, you’ll need to add more classes from the containers above the title.
.td_module_6 .td-module-title a {
color:red;
}
Now the code will be applied only to the titles from a Module 6, but this will affect every place where Module 6 is used, and again we need to be more specific to grab a few more classes from the containers above.
.td_block_1 .td_module_6 .td-module-title a {
color:red;
}
Now the color will apply only to a Block 1 that has a Module 6 with a module title and an anchor tag. If you want to be even more specific, you can add an extra class to the row in the page builder.
The CSS language needs precise directions to know where exactly to apply the changes you want. It can be a bit confusing at first, but once you manage to understand it’s structure, you’ll know how to create custom code in Newspaper Theme easily, with stunning results. Read more about Specificity.
Now that you are happy with the results, you can add the snippet in the designated custom code area of the Theme Panel. The Newspaper theme will automatically apply it.
Make small visual adjustments with the Live CSS box
It’s simple to make customizations or to create custom code in Newspaper Theme with Live CSS on both pages and articles. On every post, you can easily insert code lines to adjust a specific section by changing fonts, colors, borders, backgrounds, alignments, opacity, and more. The tool is also available in tagDiv Composer to help you customize each element of the page.
This tool is designed to help you make quick fixes to your site design. It supports syntax highlighting, so you have a clear view of what you’re typing. This particularity displays the source code in distinctive colors and fonts according to the category of terms. If an error slipped through your fingers, this tool performs a static analysis of everything you write and lets you know if something’s wrong. It highlights the line where the error is located, so you can easily find and correct it.
The Live CSS comes with an integrated compiler that reads both CSS and LESS formats. Therefore you can write your syntax in any “language” you want. The tool will translate it, and you will get instant results!
Use the techniques presented in this tutorial to discover how the websites you love are built. Have fun customizing your site to perfection!
Leaving no doubt in the mind of your visitors should be a golden rule. No matter if you are writing a WordPress blog, starting a business website or advertising something online, you have to be authentic. Your audience will see you as a credible source and spread the word about you. Simple, right? Well, not quite. Trust is a scarce resource these days. You can start by helping your audience get to know you and your values. Newspaper has just the solution for that. You can easily add a Team Member element on your about page and bring a personal touch that will appeal to your visitors.
Why adding the Team Member Element is a must
Think about it. ‘We’ is usually an abstract notion, where you let your visitors create their own image of you and your team. This is too important to be left to chance. With the Newspaper theme, you can clearly define who “we” is and add personal or business profiles introducing your team into a personal, creative way. You can even design an author box for contributors on your WordPress blog website. This makes your site feel friendly and accessible.
The Team Member element consists of a photograph of each member, their name, position, some brief information about them and social media profiles. Moreover, visitors can contact the certain individuals and get help with their issues or requests.
How to use the Team Member element
You can find this module in the tagDiv Composer page builder, in the “Multipurpose Shortcodes” section. Once you drag and drop it anywhere on your page, the Composer opens a customization panel for the element. You can change the name, job title and write a description of yourself & your job in the General tab. The Image settings allow you to add an image, adjust its size, alignment, height and border radius.
TIP: By changing the border radius to 50%, your image will get a trendy, round shape.
Scrolling downwards, you’ll see the Social Icons section. Here you can add all the social networks that you are using and where anyone interested can further find you. This is an easy thing to do, just add in your social accounts links and let the theme take care of your social profile integration. Moreover, you can choose the horizontal alignment and arrange the text as you like.
The Team Member element also contains a Style tab with settings related to the general and social designs. There are three styles you can use for this module – default, info on hover, and columns.
Default style
Info on hover

A blog is more than simple words on a screen, as a news site is more than just things happening somewhere in the world. As well as a blog theme can bring more than that, Newspaper is the best news template on the market, because it has capacities that take websites beyond the limits of blogging.
We have lately upgraded our theme with multipurpose capabilities so that you can have an enhanced website building experience and give your visitors visually appealing posts.
Today I’m going to show you another multipurpose element that will elevate the beauty of your pages in ways you never thought were possible before – the ‘Text with image’ element. You can easily captivate somebody’s attention through various stimuli while offering data. It’s a known fact that vision is our dominant sense, so why not attach a picture next to your words, to generate a higher impact?
Communication through information sharing
Sharing information is not just a compact block of letters. With this module, you are able to present your data in a creative, engaging way, next to an image that will surely catch the visitor’s eye. The page builder has a drag and drop functionality, so it’s easy to place the item anywhere you want on the page.
Customizing the ‘Text with image’ element
As the name suggests, the ‘Text with image’ element consists of two sides – text and image. Besides, you can go even deeper with customizing the description text, background, button, and colors. All these components make this block complete, so play with settings until you like the result! The ‘General tab’ lets you modify the button’s text, icon, or even remove it completely. After you have chosen an image, you can change the layout of the element by adjusting the size of each side in particular, flip the content, and arrange the horizontal and vertical alignment.
Moreover, the tagDiv Composer allows you to further customize any module by adding an extra class to it.
Write your preferred HTML sequence in the Theme Panel to only affect that certain class, and add unique characteristics to any block. As you already know, you can also save the shortcode of your most beautiful work to reuse it later.
Turning vision into reality
Photographs can be used to draw attention in all kinds of fields. With the Newspaper theme, you are free to write articles, news, blog posts, and set the focus on awareness campaigns, advertising services, or inspire people to take action. Living in a fast-paced world is sometimes more challenging than we can think of, especially online, where things move even faster. Sometimes it’s hard to reach people when they don’t have the patience to read endless lines of words. For this reason, I’m going to tell you how to add attractive and responsive eye-catching elements that help you present ideas in a compelling way.
Icon Boxes are a great addition to homepages for listing key unique selling points, or to highlight your website’s main areas of content. They can be used to draw attention to important facts, moments, add contact dates, information, and anything else you think of.
You can use this feature by accessing the tagDiv Composer page builder, the Multipurpose shortcodes section, and drag it wherever you like on the page. Icon boxes are great for breaking the monotony, and they give your readers short titles that they can easily recall.
The element consists of an icon, the title text, and a description. For a fast start, you can use one of the multiple pre-made style presets.
In the General tab, you will find the following four icon font packs: Font Awesome, Typicons, Open Iconic, and tagDiv Multi-purpose, from which you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
Customizing the selected icon is easy since the Composer has neatly organized options for size and spacing. This tab lets you change the title and description, add or erase a button, and adjust the horizontal alignment.
In the Style tab, there are different layouts that you can pick out for your icon box, such as animated, with/without button or description, with shadow, or with the icon on the right/left side.
Your imagination can go beyond restrictions. How about a great page assigned as the footer? With Newspaper theme it’s possible. Design your page, use icon box modules to add your contact information, and create a fancy footer that everyone will admire!
This multipurpose feature comes with various styling options, and according to the one you select, the advanced settings will change.
You can tweak on every little detail, like icon color, shadow settings, border size, title hover color, button style, and everything in between, until it gets to the form you want.
We all know that it’s easy to remember something when it is associated with an image, so use this in your favor and catch people’s eyes!
Split your row into multiple columns and play with the icon boxes! If you want to recreate one that you like, save the hassle and click on the Box >Duplicate Element, and move it into the next column. If you plan to add it later to a different page, save the shortcode and find it in the Composer, next to the other elements!
Get creative and build amazing pages with the Newspaper Multipurpose Pack. There is no limit to what you can do!
